We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office.
It is important that you feel comfortable in our office and with our doctor and staff thus your first appointment is free of charge.
Primarily we get you acquainted with our office with a mini-tour.
Your complimentary initial appointment will then consist of meeting Dr Medi Motakef followed by a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options.
This important 30-minute visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment, we may also reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records.
The records include X-rays, photos and impressions for study models, which are necessary for developing the appropriate treatment plan.

Many options are available for making this investment affordable. We will work with you to fit your individual needs.
Cost of treatment varies for each individual case and is based on severity of the problem, age of patient, and time of treatment.
The most common payment option involves an initial fee and the remaining balance spread over the course of the treatment.
The balance will be divided into monthly payments with no interest or financing fees. Our second option is to prepay in full via cash or check and receive a 5% discount.
Another option we offer is to finance through an outside financing company (CapitalOne , CareCredit ) that requires no initial payment and no prepayment penalty, with interest charged based on your credit.
